If the referred client:

• Signs a contract
• Has a project value of $15,000 or greater
• Completes the project
• Pays in full

You receive your referral reward.

$500 per completed project over $15,000.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you may submit.

$500 per project

Payment Timeline

Referral rewards are issued:

• Within 14 days after project completion
• After final client payment has cleared

Tax & Compliance Information

Referral payments totaling $600 or more in a calendar year require completion of IRS documentation and may be reported via:

Form 1099-NEC

Referral partners will be notified if reporting thresholds are met.

Licensed Realtors operating under brokerages or LLCs may receive payment through their business entity upon submission of a W-9.
